Your timeline is my timeline. 

We will meet for 10 minutes or 2 hours - whatever it takes to make you feel comfortable. 

I will learn all of your goals, priorities and preferences. I will develop a completely custom tailored campaign which is delivered back within 48 hours.

I conduct a detailed evaluation of your property & estate to determine its market value; then how much more we can get and how to get us there. I identify any/all potential buyer objections and obstacles and how to overcome them through our customized marketing and sales efforts.

I provide luxury physical stagings. I also design every virtually staged or rendered photo in every single one of my listings. My personal touch and customized campaigns are something no other agent offers to each and every client they work with. Multiple photoshoots are conducted with acclaimed cinematographers, videographers, and photographers to produce the highest-quality photos and videos to have your home stand out. 

Everything I do is intentional. I don't do what 's easiest, I don't settle, I always put the listing first. I use no third party platforms; I do the work personally. Team members or co-agents are not sub contracted out in my place at our open houses, private showings or launches ever. I maintain maximum safety, security and ensure our time is never wasted with unqualified or inappropriate parties. A creative, captivating, custom event sparks the start to your sale and achieving the maximum net dollars possible. 

Actions speak louder than words. I will drive the maximum high caliber buyers to your home and close the deal. I don't source out me. I personally manage all the agents/buyers and entity of your largest or one of your largest financial investment until it's 100% delivered.
